The WDA Foundation is unable to provide grants to individuals. Organizations are not eligible for both an Annual Grant and a Smile Program Grant during the same calendar year.

The 2022 Grant Application period is now open. The 2022 Application is available here.

The WDA Foundation awards thousands of dollars annually to non-profit programs and projects that bring oral health care to low-income Wisconsin residents. The Annual Grant Program authorizes funding in December for the following calendar year. Nonprofit organizations that are engaged in efforts to improve dental health for state residents are invited to apply. The Annual Grant Program is available only to qualifying charitable organizations. It is not available to individuals

In some instances, financial grants are more than is actually needed by non-profits. Recognizing the pressing need for basic oral health care supplies, the WDA Foundation offers its Smile Program to qualifying non-profits. The Smile Program is focused on providing underprivileged children, adults and seniors with the toothbrushes and toothpaste needed to put them on the right track for oral health. Supplies are not available to individuals.
