A 58-year-old female was referred to a periodontics clinic for the diagnosis and treatment of an erosive erythro-leukoplakic lesion of anterior maxillary attached gingiva (Figure #1).
The lesion was tender and has been present for more than few months. The patient was otherwise healthy.
