The purpose of this article is to keep dental employers informed of the poster requirements mandated by state and federal law. It is important to comply with the information posting requirement and ensure staff access to the information. The posters should be displayed in “plain viewing sight.”
The following is a comprehensive list of state and federal posters required for either all employers (regardless of staff size) or for employers with 50 or fewer employees. The majority of dental employers in Wisconsin generally maintain staffs much smaller than the referenced minimum of 50 employees, and this article will primarily focus on those smaller employers. However, some poster listings below will address requirements for employers with over 50 employees. A more comprehensive list can be found via the state and federal links.
