There is a lot of misinformation floating around regarding Wisconsin Dental Association’s new professional liability program. I can assure you that every effort was made to match or enhance the coverage you had in place prior to WDA endorsing Medical Protective for your professional liability and West Bend Mutual for your property and/or contents.
Recently, the issue of the prior acts date was raised. There was concern whether or not there is a gap in coverage if you transition from your old policy to Medical Protective.
We have negotiated with Medical Protective to pick up your prior acts date via your retroactive date. Additionally, if you qualify for a free “tail” with CNA – an extended reporting period endorsement – you will receive a free “tail” with Medical Protective.
