Professional Insurance Programs offers WDA members access to a complimentary human resources solution called ThinkHR.
ThinkHR offers ThinkHR Live, a team of HR experts standing by to answer questions or provide advice. This phone-based support service is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST each business day. They also have access to ThinkHR Comply, an online resource center for all of their workforce questions and issues, and to ThinkHR Learn, an online training platform to develop employees and help ensure compliance.
With the current public health crisis, ThinkHR has complied a crisis response center with HR guidance and best practices among other resources.
